Posthub Smashes Customer Service Target

Posthub, Whistl Group's personalised postal delivery management brand, has secured a 100% satisfaction rate in its annual customer survey. Launched in 2021, the brand has grown to serve over 200 businesses and maintained a high customer satisfaction rating. 

Posthub, based in Bristol, serves businesses that send advertising and magazine publishing mail but also require a more personalised service and an understanding of how to be more efficient, including data processing requirements and delivery management.

Another measure is the 76% Net Promotor Score (NPS), which is used to gauge customer loyalty, likelihood of recommendation, and engagement with a company. This is significantly higher than the UK national NPS average of 44.

Posthub works with various businesses including Harrods, WWF, Crew Clothing, JoJo Maman Bébé, NSPCC, Barnardo’s, Sightsavers, ProCook, Warners and Mortons.

The customer service at all levels has been excellent. Speedy approvals, quotes and information when needed. When there has been an issue or a delay, communication has been superb and quick resolution of issues when needed.
