Neil joined the business back in September 2020. Before joining Posthub, Neil spent 14 years at ONEPOST in key sales roles, was promoted to Group Sales Manager in January 2017, and joined the Management team. Neil also has a background in business and consumer data, having spent six years in strategic sales roles with Equifax. Neil is married with one daughter, and his hobbies include running, attending music and comedy gigs, and anything football-related.
Mark Temperley
Operations Director
Mark has been with the Posthub since September 2020, previously spending almost 15 years working in the DSA supplier business, with both ONEPOST – as Head of Operations- and in a variety of customer-focused & operational roles at DHL Global Mail. Before that, he worked for RCI Europe for almost 10 years, managing their fulfilment and mailing requirements. Mark is married with two daughters & lives in Leicestershire. Outside of work, he enjoys football, golf and travelling.

Alison joined the Posthub team in October 2020. Before joining Posthub, Alison worked at ONEPOST for 6 years, spending 1 year in the unsorted team and 5 years managing sorted mail in the operations team. Alison’s background was 19 years in account management for fulfilment and mailing clients at EC Group. Alison is married with one cat and, when not working, enjoys days out in the UK, travelling the world, cross-stitch, and a good book.

Head of Client Services
Chris joined Posthub in March 2021 and is the business head for Client Services. Chris joins Posthub from ONEPOST, where he spent nearly 11 years as Head of Client Services and was a senior member of the management team. Chris brings to Posthub his passion and knowledge of direct mail delivery and production, gained from 13 years of industry experience. Chris is married with two children, plus pets. Chris enjoys walking the dogs and has a keen interest in sports.
Nick Welsman
Head of Data Management
Nick is the Head of Data Management and joined Posthub in September 2020. Before joining Posthub, Nick spent 12 years at ONEPOST in Data & Team Leader roles, and was promoted to Data Processor Manager in September 2017. Nick is known for his innovative ideas and has extensive experience in GDPR, project management, and leading teams. Nick lives in Bristol, and outside of work, he enjoys powerlifting, food, reading and rugby.
