Whistl, the leading independent provider of e-fulfillment solutions, has appointed two new General Managers to lead its new warehouse facilities in Lutterworth and Northampton.
Ian Bonser will manage the new Lutterworth facility having previously spent over twenty years at DHL Supply Chain. Shaun Macavoy who will take up responsibility for both the existing and new facilities at Moulton Park, Northampton, previously worked for the Arcadia Group as Head of Operations.
Whistl recently announced that it is to open three new fulfillment sites in Lutterworth, Northampton and Plymouth this year.
Whistl now has 11 fulfillment sites across the UK with over 1.5m sq ft pick and pack and returns warehouse capability and is targeting medium sized B2C and B2B brands and retailers with a single account managed end-to-end fulfillment solution.
Both Ian and Shaun bring a lot of experience to Whistl which I believe will be crucial for the exciting months that we have ahead of us as we open our new facilities. We look forward to welcoming them to Whistl as we begin our preparations for peak, meeting the ever-expanding needs of our long term and new e- fulfillment customers
