Posthub smashes customer service target
Posthub, Whistl’s personalised postal delivery management brand, has secured 100% satisfaction rate in its annual customer survey. The brand, launched in 2021 has grown to service over 200 businesses and has maintained a high customer satisfaction rating since it launched.
Posthub, based in Bristol, serves businesses who send both advertising and magazine publishing mail but also require a more personalised service and to understand how you can be more efficient, including data processing requirements as well as delivery management.
In another measure it has a 76% Net Promotor Score (NPS), a measure used to gauge customer loyalty, likelihood to recommend and engagement with a company, significantly higher than the UK national NPS average of 44.
Posthub works with a wide variety of businesses including Harrods, WWF, Crew Clothing, JoJo Maman Bébé, NSPCC, Barnardo’s, Sightsavers, ProCook, Warners and Mortons.
