Whistl and Toca Social won Gold at the UK Contact Centre Forum Awards held on 4 November. The joint winners were accredited in the Contact Centre Outsourcing Partnership of the Year category beating off competition from a strong list of nominees. 

Whistl won the award by demonstrating a clear understanding of the business aims, challenges, and objectives of Toca Social and has consistently met or exceeded its customer experience targets.

Whistl's team of contact centre agents support Toca with their customer service support needs, acting as an extension of the business. Whistl manages in excess of 850 interactions per week, to provide a seamless service to Toca Guests.
