Christine Bryant Joins the DMA Contact Centre Council
Christine Bryant, eCommerce General Manager for Whistl has been appointed to the Direct Marketing Association Contact Centre Council. The Contact Centre Council promotes the value of the contact centre and actively seeks to identify, shape, reinforce and share best practices.
Christine has been part of a working group reviewing Multi-Channel Guidance for Vulnerable consumers and developing a guide for use by contact centres. It is currently being deployed through the DMA website.
Christine has been with Whistl for five years and has significant experience in working across Inbound/outbound B2B and B2C environments with various industries such as Insurance, Financial Services, Automotive, and most recently outsourcing with Whistl Fulfilment and parcel enquiries.
